The principle of portable ice bath mainly includes refrigeration system, temperature control system, and circulation system. ‌

Refrigeration system: The refrigeration system of a portable ice bath is its core component, usually including a compressor, condenser, throttling device, and evaporator. The compressor compresses the refrigerant into high-temperature and high-pressure gas, the condenser cools it into liquid, the throttling device controls the refrigerant flow, and finally evaporates and absorbs heat in the evaporator, thereby reducing the ambient temperature.

Temperature control system: The temperature control system detects the temperature inside the ice bath machine through a temperature sensor. Once the temperature deviates from the set value, it will automatically adjust the working state of the refrigeration system. If the temperature is too high, it will increase the cooling time; If the temperature has reached the set value, the cooling time will be reduced to ensure temperature stability.

Without this system, it may lead to uneven cooling.
